Austin Energy’s Green Building program recognized our efforts by awarding the home a 5-star energy rating.

To reduce energy consumption year-round, we incorporated solar panels, high-performance insulation, and energy-efficient windows. The design also maximizes natural light and airflow, cutting down on the need for artificial lighting and HVAC systems.
